1st SHREE BALARAM DIXIT CRICKET LEAGUE 2020-21 SBD Phoenix lifts the first ever SBDCL Trophy. SBD Phoenix not only made it to the final but also beat SBD Royals, a strong contender for the trophy. The scintillating innings of 124 runs off 42 balls by Swabhiman Biswal was the highlight of the innings. SBD Royals found it difficult to deal with the pressure and eventually they were bundled out for 105 runs. Our Founder and Director cum Principal graced the inauguration ceremony as chief guests. The P.E.T Dept. of our school deserves special kudos as the entire championship has been coordinated by it.

SBDIS, Bhadrak celebrates Independence Day Joining with the rest of the world, We, at SBDIS have celebrated 75th Independence Day at our premises with Mr Padman Roy, Ex-Deputy Collector, Bhadrak gracing the celebration as the Chief guest and hoisting the tricolour flag of our nation. Addressing the teachers and students, the chief guest recollected the acts of bravery of our freedom fighters and urged one and all to work hard to take this nation to greater heights of glory. The programme ended with the extension of Vote of thanks to one and all for the successful completion of it.

Investiture Ceremony held at our School We have an organised Investiture ceremony today (Student Council ) at our school auditorium with Mr Souresh Chandra Mohanty, Ex Principal, Charampa Mahavidyalaya, Charampa, who graced the occasion as the Chief guest. The selected students for various posts were administered oath of office and secrecy by the chief guest. Exhorting the efforts of the school, the chief guest has urged all the members to work with dedication and sincerity to fulfill the tons of expectations of all concerned.

SBDIS, Bhadrak always believes in giving its students a platform to grow and glow. It believes in the fact that students of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Driven by this ideology, we at our school organized 'Why I stand for?' meeting for the formation of School Cabinet yesterday. The entire programme was coordinated by the Physical Education Department of our school. Mrs Reeta Satpathy, Senior Teacher, SST and Mr Saroj Satpathy, PGT (Eng) acted as the jury members. Mrs Puspita Swain, Senior Coordinator was the host of the programme.

SBD Premier league Kicks off in SBDIS, famous for its innovation finally launched its first ever SBDIS premier league with 6 teams fighting for the coveted trophy. The championship finally on the roll with our founder Shri Ananda Nanda Dixit, shaking hands with our players. The first match was played between SBD Daredevils and SBD Warriors. Daredevils won the match by 7 wickets. The entire fraternity of the school is thankful to our Principal, Chairman and entire Management for their constant support and guidance.
